Outgoing Mailserver SMTP 30/06/2010
Wednesday, June 30th, 2010We are currently experiencing issues with the outgoing mail server, we are investigating the cause.
Incoming mail appears unaffected!
If you need to send email urgently we suggest as a temporary measure you use your ISP/Broadband providers SMTP services.
We appreciate your patience and will keep you up to date

In with the new FTP server
Wednesday, April 1st, 2009We have recently updated our FTP server software, after months of testing we have finaly stopped using Microsoft FTP as our primary file server in favour of the one available from MediaModus.com.
The main benefit is support for secure file transfer protocol, so now in the same way that your confidential information is protected on a secure website your confidential source file data can be too.
It’s worth noting that older accounts that begin with “Admin_” will no longer function on port 21, port 22 should be used instead.

Scheduled Maintenance - 25/03/09
Wednesday, March 25th, 2009We will be performing scheduled maintenance on all servers this week. This work forms part of our commitment to continous improvements, and will enhance the reliability and resiliance of our systems.
We have scheduled the maintenance to take place during the quietest periods on our network.
Whats actually happening?
We are migrating mail servers to a new machine and updating our mail server software. This will seperate mail operations from hosting.
