We updated the email servers last night, new hardware and software. Although all work was completed in the allotted time it looks like that there was some delays in other nameservers. Basically this means that some “other” email servers didn’t update with the latest information so were in effect sending emails to the wrong place, the server was acting exactly as it should and sent out an error to the sender.
it’s worth noting that domain data propagation can take up to 72 hours.
We are having reports of emails containg blank content, will post here each test as it is performed with full details.
